Awesome location and comfy stay
The king room was super clean and comfy. Breakfast was a hit—loved the waffles and eggs. Plus, we could walk to all the cool spots, like the Lumberjack show! Only thing, the walk back from shops can be kinda tiring, especially after a long day.

The location is ideal for accessing nearby attractions, and the staff consistently offers outstanding service. Comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi enhanced the stay, and the breakfast options were satisfactory. However, noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive at times, and the mattress firmness left much to be desired for a restful night. Would consider returning if improvements are made to the bedding.

The location was perfect for our trips to the Smoky Mountains for hiking and also hitting up some theme parks. The onsite pool was a hit for the kids too, providing lots of fun between our adventures. Overall, it was a great base to explore the area, and the breakfast was surprisingly good.
The only downside was the noise. we were near the bottom floor and could hear a lot of commotion from outside. It made it a bit hard to relax at times, especially early in the morning.

The breakfast was a highlight I mean it was like waking up to a fiesta every morning with fresh fruits and warm pastries and the indoor heated pool was like a paradise after a long day of activities you just dive in and forget about everything else.
Wasn't exactly cheap but it was passable for the experience we got.

Our stay was super chill! You can’t beat the breakfast variety—bacon, eggs, and all kinds of goodies! Plus, the room was as clean as a whistle, and the staff made us feel like family. The pool? Total vibes, we loved it!
Now, I gotta keep it real—walking through smoky vibes outside wasn't cool. And let’s just say the Wi-Fi danced a bit too much. it wasn't reliable after dark.
